Complexity made simple

UX / UI Product Strategy UX Research Systems Thinking

Four projects, four kinds of problems

Every project starts with understanding the people behind the problem and ends with a clear, connected system that brings the whole experience together.

Architecture taught me to think in systems

Before UX, I trained as an architect, with an MSc in Urban Design from KTH and a degree in Architecture from Chile. That background still shapes the way I design today. I naturally think about the bigger picture: how things connect, how people move through a system, and how to create structure without making things feel complicated.

Today, I’m part of the Consumer Services & Ecosystem Design team at Electrolux, where I design tools for technicians and support agents, while also improving self-service experiences across different markets.
